Kalibawang, suarapasar.com – Upacara Pembukaan TNI Manunggal Membangun Desa (TMMD) Sengkuyung Tahap II Tahun 2022 Kodim 0731/Kulon Progo, digelar di Lapangan Parkir Embung Krapyak, Pedukuhan Pantok Wetan, Kalurahan Banjaroyo, Kapanewon Kalibawang, Kabupaten Kulon Progo, DIY, Selasa, 26 Juli 2022.
Bertindak sebagai Inspektur Upacara Asek 1 Setda Kulon Progo Drs. Jazil Ambar Was’an, Komandan Upacara Lettu Inf Nadya, Perwira Upacara Kapten Caj Kelli Wijaya. Peserta Upacara terdiri dari Regu Korsik Satpol PP, personel Kodim 0731/Kulon Progo, Satradar 215 Congot, Satbrimobda DIY, Polres, Satlinmas, Komcad/BPBD, Pelajar SLTA dan Pramuka.
Pasiter Kodim 0731/Kulon Progo Kapten Inf Triyono dalam laporan singkat menyampaikan, TMMD Sengkuyung dimulai 26 Juli s/d 25 Agustus 2022 di Pedukuhan Kajoran, Kalurahan Banjaroyo, Kapanewon Kalibawang, Kabupaten Kulon Progo, dengan sasaran fisik berupa rabat beton 400m x 3m x 0,12m, talut 4m x 2m x 0,40m. Anggaran seluruhnya Rp244.067.000,- bersumber dari APBD Provinsi DIY Rp75.000.000,- APBD Kabupaten Kulon Progo Rp150 .000.000,- Swadaya Desa Rp4.067.000,- dan Swadaya Masyarakat Rp15.000.000,-. Untuk sasaran non fisik akan dilaksanakan penyuluhan narkoba dan wawasan kebangsaan.
Pada acara berikutnya dilakukan penandatanganan berita acara serah terima proyek TMMD Sengkuyung Tahap II Tahun 2022 Kodim 0731/Kulon Progo oleh Pj. Bupati dan Dandim 0731/Kulon Progo selaku Dansatgas TMMD, dilanjutkan penyerahaan alat kerja kepada perwakilan Satgas TMMD.
“TMMD merupakan program lintas sektoral, dilaksanakan secara terpadu antara TNI, Pemda, Dinas/Instansi terkait lain bersama masyarakat, dalam rangka percepatan pembangunan dan pemberdayaan masyarakat, khususnya di desa tertinggal, terpencil, terisolir, guna meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat,” dikatakan Irup dalam sambutannya.
Lebih lanjut, Irup mengatakan yakin kebersamaan dan kegotong royongan yang terus dikembangkan akan banyak kemudahan dan didapatkan untuk mengatasi persoalan kini dan yang akan datang. TMMD telah banyak memberikan pelajaran berharga betapa penting dan luar biasanya semangat gotong royong membangun bangsa. Semua bahu membahu, memberikan sumbangan pikiran, ide, gagasan, tenaga, keterampilan, materi dan lain sebagainya.
“Setelah selesai pelaksanaan TMMD, kami berharap semua warga masyarakat dan unsur terkait, ikut menjaga dan melestarikan hasil pembangunan, sehingga selain dapat meningkatkan infrastruktur yang dibutuhkan masyarakat juga menjadi wahana melestarikan semangat gotong royong sebagai budaya bangsa Indonesia,” tambahnya.
Akhirnya dengan mengucap “bissmillahirrohmanirrohim” kegiatan TNI Manunggal Membangun Desa Sengkuyung Tahap II Tahun 2022 Kodim 0731/Kulon Progo, secara resmi dinyatakan DIMULAI, semoga Tuhan Yang Maha Kuasa, senantiasa mencurahkan berkah dan inayah-Nya kepada kita sekalian, aamin.
Pemukulan kentongan oleh Irup sebagai tanda dimulainya kegiatan TMMD Sengkuyung Tahap II Tahun 2022 Kodim 0731/Kulon Progo, dilanjutkan dengan peninjauan lokasi sekaligus pengecoran perdana rabat beton oleh Dandim 0731/Kulon Progo bersama segenap pejabat lainnya.
