Lendah, suarapasar.com – Komandan Kodim 0731/Kulon Progo Letkol Inf Nurwaliyanto bersama Unsur Forkopimda dan Pejabat terkait lainnya, menghadiri acara Pembukaan Musabaqah Tilawatil Qur’an (MTQ) Pelajar Jenjang SD dan SMP Tingkat Kabupaten Kulon Progo tahun 2022 dengan tema “MTQ Pelajar Menumbuhkembangkan Profil Pelajar Pancasila”, yang berlangsung di Halaman SMP Negeri 2 Lendah, Rabu, 31 Agustus 2022.
MTQ akan dilaksanakan dalam satu hari, dibuka Pj. Bupati yang dalam hal ini oleh Drs. Jazil Ambar Wasaan Asda 1 Pemda Kulon Progo, ditandai dengan pemukulan gong. Jumlah peserta sebanyak 316 kafilah dari jenjang SD 158 kafilah dan jenjang SMP 158 kafilah.
Rangkaian acara diawali dengan menyanyikan lagu kebangsaan Indonesia Raya dan Mars MTQ serta gema wahyu Illahi, dilanjutkan laporan panitia penyelenggara, pengukuhan Tim Yuri, pentasarufan Baznas, sambutan dan pembukaan MTQ oleh Pj. Bupati Kulon Progo dilanjutkan dan diakhiri dengan doa.
Sambutan Pj. Bupati disampaikan Asda 1 antara lain mengatakan bahwa Pemkab Kulon Progo sangat mengapreasi kegiatan hari ini, kami mengharapkan para peserta/pelajar dapat menampilkan kemampuan yang terbaik. Dari lomba ini tentu ada yang menang dan kalah, untuk yang menang agar tidak sombong dan yang kalah agar tetap berlatih. Semoga acara ini dapat berjalan dengan lancar dan dengan MTQ ini dapat memunculkan pelajar yang berprestasi.
