Gunung Kidul, suarapasar.com – PT Jasa Raharja Cabang D.I Yogyakarta melalui Kantor Pelayanan Jasa Raharja TK I Bantul, Penanggung Jawab Jasa Raharja Samsat Gunung Kidul, melakukan survey di rumah duka Jayadi, yang berdomisili di Girisubo, Panggang Gunungkidul. J
Jayadi menjadi korban kecelakaan lalu lintas yang terjadi di Jalan Umum Saptosari – Panggang tepatnya di jalan Agus Salim, tepatnya di Dusun II Kepek, Kepek, Wonosari Gunungkidul, Jumat, 9 September 2022 sekira pukul 00.55 WIB.
“Kami melakukan survey ke rumah duka, untuk mendata persyaratan santunan bagi ahli waris korban kecelakaan di Gunungkidul. Dalam survey, kami juga menyampaikan rasa bela sungkawa atas meninggalnya korban Agung Setiawan,” ucap Isnanto Agus Prabowo Penanggung Jawab Jasa Raharja Samsat Gunung Kidul Jumat, 9 September 2022.
Disaat melaksanakan survey, Petugas PT Jasa Raharja ditemui Samijem yang merupakan ahli waris korban. Jika dianggap sudah memenuhi persyaratan administrasi, maka akan segera di transfer melalui Bank yang ditunjuk.
Isnanto menjelaskan, PT Jasa Raharja menjamin dan memberi santunan korban kecelakaan lalu lintas melalui dana yang dihimpun dari SWDKLLJ (Sumbangan Wajib Dana Kecelakaan Lalu Lintas Jalan) kendaraan bermotor setiap tahunnya. Perlu peran serta masyarakat untuk selalu taat membayar PKB/SWDKLLJ kendaraannya setiap tahun.(parang)
