Dengan melibatkan Kendaraan Supra X 125 dengan nomor polisi AA 2408 BC dengan sepeda motor honda beat nomor polisi AA 6342 YV dengan pick up mitsubishi L300 nomor polisi AB 8405 JC.
Kronologis kejadian semula sepeda motor honda supra X 125 AA 2408 BC berjalan dari arah timur ke barat. Sesampainya di tempat kejadian berjalan terlalu ke kanan melebihi marka tengah dan bertabrakan dengan sepeda motor honda beat AA 6342 YV dari arah barat ke timur hingga sepeda motor supra X 125 jatuh ke kanan. Pada saat bersamaan dari arah barat ke timur melaju kendaraan pickup mitsubishi L300 AB 8405 JC, karena jarak sudah dekat menabrak sepeda motor honda supra X125 dan pengendara nya.
Mengakibatkan pengendara sepeda motor supra X AA 2408 BC atas nama Paulus Supriyanto (44 tahun) warga Pangenrejo RT. 01/04, Dusun Pangenrejo, Kecamatan Purworejo, Kabupaten Purworejo meninggal dunia di tempat kejadian.
Petugas Jasa Raharja Samsat Kulon Progo Hendratno Bagus Sutanto berkoordinasi dengan Unit Laka Satlantas Polres Kulon progo terkait kejadian laka lantas dan melakukan koordinasi dengan KPJR Bantul untuk pelimpahan berkas di wilayah korban berdomisili.(parang)
