Terletak didalam Galeria Mall, Jl. Jend. Sudirman No.99-101, Terban, Kecamatan Gondokusuman, Kota Yogyakarta, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta 55223, melayani pajak tahunan melayani wajib pajak bisa sampai 300 berkas perharinya.
Jam pelayanan hari Senin s/d Sabtu pukul 10.00 s/d 19.00, Minggu pukul 10.00 s/d 14.00. Dengan menggabungkan Petugas dari 4 Instansi, KPPD Samsat Kota Yogyakarta, Kepolisian, Jasa Raharja, dan Bank BPD.
Dengan target masyarakat Kota Yogyakarta. Samsat Corner Galeria Mall dirasa sangat bermanfaat ditengah masyarakat sehingga masyarakat dapat dengan mudah melakukan perpanjangan pajak tahunan.
Ditambah dengan diadakannya Program Bebas Denda periode 1 0ktober 2022 sampai dengan 30 November 2022 Samsat Corner Galeria Mall ikut andil dalam memberikan kesempatan kepada para masyarakat yang telat membayarkan pajak tahunan kendaraan nya.
Masyarakat sangat memanfaatkan program bebas denda dengan sebaik mungkin.

Isti menambahkan mungkin saya salah satu yang tidak bisa membayar pajak pada jam kerja ya, jadinya saya memanfaatkan Samsat Corner Galeria ini, apalagi syarat mudah tidak ada potokopi berkas lagi mantaap Samsat Corner Galeria.(parang)
