Bantul, suarapasar.com – PT Jasa Raharja Cabang D.I Yogyakarta melalui Kantor Pelayanan Jasa Raharja TK I Bantul memberikan kepastian jaminan hak santunan korban kecelakaan lalu lintas yang terjadi di Jalan Ringroad Selatan Tepatnya Dusun Sorowajan, Desa Panggungharjo, Kecamatan Sewon, Kabupaten Bantul pada Senin , 7 November 2022 sekitar pukul 04.00 Wib.
“PT Jasa Raharja Cabang D.I Yogyakarta memberi kepastian dan menjamin serta santunan kepada korban kecelakaan Bus dengan Truck di Jalan Ringroad Selatan Tepatnya di Dusun Sorowajan, Desa Panggungharjo, Kecamatan Sewon, Kabupaten Bantul,” kata Triadi Kepala PT Jasa Raharja Cabang D.I Yogyakarta Senin, 7 November 2022.
Triadi menjelaskan, semula kecelakaan lalu lintas terjadi berawal saat kecelakaan lalu lintas terjadi berawal saat Truk Tronton Hino dengan nomor polisi BE 8690 BJ berhenti di jalur cepat di sebelah kiri menghadap ke timur dalam kondisi mogok, kemudian Bus Mercedez Benz dengan nomor polisi AB 7010 AW melaju dari arah barat ke timur menabrak bagian belakang dari Truk Tronton Hino. Setelah itu Truk terdorong kekiri di jalur lambat dan menabrak sepeda motor Honda Vario dengan nomor polisi AB 6603 TG hingga kemudian terjadilah kecelakaan lalu lintas.
Akibat dari kecelakaan tersebut, 11 orang mengalami luka luka, dan 1 orang meninggal dunia. Kesebelas korban rawat jalan dan dirawat inap di beberapa Rumah Sakit. 2 Orang rawat inap Di RSUD Panembahan Senopati, 8 orang rawat jalan di RS PKU Muhammadiyah Wonosari Gunungkidul, dan 1 orang rawat jalan di RSUD Wonosari.
“Jasa Raharja Bekerjasama dengan Polres Bantul RSUD Panembahan Senopati, RS PKU Muhammadiyah Wonosari, dan RSUD Wonosari merespon korban kecelakaan lalu lintas langsung memberikan surat jaminan penggantian biaya rawat hingga Rp 20 juta,” jelasnya.
Lanjut Triadi mengatakan, seluruh korban kecelakaan Bus PO Maju Lancar dengan Truck Hino mendapatkan hak santunan penggantian biaya rawat di rumah sakit maksimal Rp20 juta berdasarkan Undang-undang No 33 dan PMK No 15 Tahun 2017.
Triadi juga menyampaikan bahwa PT Jasa Raharja Cabang D.I Yogyakarta hingga Oktober 2022, telah menyerahkan dana santunan kecelakaan lalu lintas sebesar Rp 79,680 miliar.(parang)
