Penanggung jawab Jasa Raharja Samsat Kulon Progo Hendratno Bagus Susanto menyampaikan dalam sosialisasinya agar supaya memanfaatkan bebas denda yang masih berlangsung ini.
“Masyarakat yang menjadi sasaran sosialisasi adalah warga dan Pamong Kalurahan se Kapanewon Lendah dan setiap kendaraan bermotor wajib membayar Sumbangan Wajib Dana Kecelakaan Lalu Lintas Jalan (SWDKLLJ). Premi itu dibayarkan para pemilik kendaraan bermotor bersamaan dengan membayar pajak kendaraan,” dikatakan Hendra, Selasa, 15 November 2022.
Hendra juga menjelaskan, manfaat membayar pajak itu sendiri adalah bila pengemudi atau penumpang kendaraan bermotor mengalami kecelakaan maka akan mendapatkan santunan dari PT Jasa Raharja kecuali laka tunggal tunggal tidak dapat santunan.
Untuk nilai santunan bervariasi. Untuk laka darat dan laut nilai santunan biaya perawatan maksimal Rp20 juta dan santunan meninggal dunia Rp50 juta.
“Santunan untuk korban cacat tetap akan dihitung sesuai prosentasi,” katanya.(parang)
