Yogyakarta, suarapasar.com – Dinas Perhubungan Kota Yogyakarta menyelenggarakan Sosialisasi Edukasi Keselamatan Lalu lintas tahun 2023 di Kalurahan Bumijo, Jetis, Kota Yogyakarta pada hari Kamis, 9 Februari 2023.
Dengan Narasumber Indro Sulaksono DPRD Kota Yogyakarta, Danar Adi Nugroho ST., Msc Kepala Seksi Bimbingan Keselamatan Lalu Lintas Dishub Kota Yogyakarta, Septi Ayu Pratiwi Kepala Sub Bagian SW & Humas PT Jasa Raharja Cabang DIY, Muhammad Ali Iqbal Staff Astra Honda.
Dihadiri kurang lebih 40 orang peserta yang terdiri dari Sekretaris Lurah, perwakilan masing-masing RT/RW, perangkat Kalurahan dan masyarakat wilayah Bumijo Jetis Kota Yogyakarta. Dengan harapan diadakannya sosialisasi ini diharapkan menambah wawasan dan pemahaman warga Bumijo terkait keselamatan lalu lintas.
Kepala Sub Bagian SW & Humas PT Jasa Raharja Cabang DI Yogyakarta menyampaikan, dalam paparanya tingginya angka kecelakaan lalu lintas di wilayah DIY ini memprihatinkan dan mendapat rangking 4 Nasional, untuk wilayah Jetis sendiri tertinggi ke-5 di Kota Yogyakarta dan rata-rata mengalami kecelakaan merupakan umur produktif.
Selanjutnya pratiwi menjelaskan, adanya hak dan kewajiban, hak mendapatkan santunan jika mengalami kecelakaan lalu lintas sesuai Nomor 15&16/PMK.010/2017 meninggal Rp50 juta sedangkan luka luka Rp20 juta. Perlu diketahui kewajibannya merupakan melunasi pajak kendaraan bermotor sebelum jatuh tempo agar bisa dimanfaatkan bagi masyarakat semua.
“Salah satu program yang sangat penting saat ini dapat dimanfaatkan oleh masyarakat dalam mendukung peningkatkan Kepatuhan membayar Pajak dan menghindari penghapusan sesuai dengan ketentuan pada Pasal 74 UU No 22 Tahun 2009 adalah Program Bebas Denda,” tambah Pratiwi.(parang)
