Panjatan, suarapasar.com – Babinsa Kalurahan Bugel Koramil 10 Panjatan Kodim 0731/Kulon Progo, Sertu Wahyudi bersama Bhabinkamtibmas laksanakan evakuasi seekor paus berukuran 4,9 meter terdampar di tepi Pantai Bugel, Kapanewon Panjatan, Selasa, 6 Desember 2022.
Babinsa mengatakan, saat ditemukan oleh warga, ikan tersebut dalam keadaan mengapung di pinggir pantai. Perlu diketahui ukuran paus yang ditemukan terdampar di Pantai Bugel, Kapanewon Panjatan ini berukuran Panjangnya 4,9 meter, lebar badan 60 cm dengan berat 800 kilogram.
“Jenis ini diduga jenis Paus Pilot dan ditemukan dalam kondisi tubuh yang rusak,” dikatakan Babinsa Bugel.
Selanjutnya Babinsa berkoordinasi dengan BKSDA Kulon Progo serta pihak terkait untuk melaksanakan penguburan.(asw,parang)
