Pengasih, suarapasar.com – PT Jasa Raharja Cabang D.I Yogyakarta melalui KPJR TK I Bantul Penanggung Jawab Jasa Raharja Samsat Kulon Progo memastikan korban kecelakaan lalu lintas atas nama Agung Karunasthi 23 tahun warga Karongan, Kedungsari, Pengasih, Kulon Progo dan ditemui Stiawan Pudya Wibowo (suami) sebagai ahli waris korban menerima santunan dari Jasa Raharja didampingi aparat setempat.
“Korban terjamin sesuai Undang-Undang No. 34 Tahun 1964 tentang Dana Kecelakaan Lalu Lintas Jalan,” kata Hendratno Bagus Sutanto Penanggung Jawab Jasa Samsat Kulon Progo Rabu, 26 Oktober 2022.
Hendra mengatakan untuk besaran dana santunan yang diterima tergantung kondisi dari korban kecelakaan tersebut. Untuk korban meninggal dunia mendapatkan Rp 50 juta yang akan diserahkan kepada ahli waris yang sah dan korban sebelumnya dirawat di RSUD Wates, untuk biaya perawatan di jamin Jasa Raharja.
“Kami segenap keluarga besar Jasa Raharja menyampaikan bela sungkawa. Semoga keluarga diberikan ketabahan menghadapi musibah ini,” katanya.
Lebih lanjut Hendratno menjelaskan, yang disebut ahli waris yaitu Suami/Isteri, anak atau orang tua. Apa bila dari salah satu ada maka santunan meninggal dunia karena kecelakaan ahli waris akan menerima santunan sebesar Rp 50 juta sedangkan korban yang tidak ada ahli waris Jasa Raharja membantu biaya pemakaman sebesar Rp 4 juta.
Selain itu Hendra mengatakan Jasa Raharja memberi santunan dan jaminan korban kecelakaan lalu lintas dihimpun dari SWDKLLj (Sumbangan Wajib Dana Kecelakaan Lalu Lintas Jalan) kendaraan bermotor setiap tahunnya untuk itu peran serta masyarakat sangat diperlukan sekali untuk selalu taat membayar PKB/SWDKLLJ kendaraannya setiap tahun dan bahwa wajib pajak kendaraan diberikan kesemoatan bebas denda hingga akhir November 2022.(parang)
