“Kunjungan tersebut merupakan silaturrahmi kepada Pegawai Pelayanan khususnya dari PT Jasa Raharja Cabang D.I Yogyakarta,” kata Slamet Selasa, 29 November 2022.
Lebih lanjut Slamet mengatakan kunjungan ini sebagai pembinaan terkait Nota Dinas dari Kepala Cabang Nomor SP/30/2022 perihal Pelaksanaan Pemusnahan Arsip Perusahaan.
“Kami melihat sejauh mana arsip KPJR TK II bidang pelayanan khususnya berkas pembayaran dibawah 2019 akan kami musnahkan guna optimalisasi space berkas terbaru,” tambah Slamet.
Slamet juga menambahkan, kunjungan tersebut penting dilaksanakan karena bertujuan untuk edukasi terkait dengan tertib administrasi dan terkait dengan arsip.(parang)
