Bantul, suarapasar.com – PT Jasa Raharja Cabang D.I. Yogyakarta melalui Kantor Pelayanan Jasa Raharja Tingkat I Bantul, melaksanakan kegiatan survei di rumah duka korban atas nama Muhammad Fahrul Ihsan Nuri warga Gaten, RT. 03 / RW. 00, kelurahan Trirenggo, Kecamatan Bantul, Kota bantul, Provinsi di Yogyakarta pada Rabu, 11 januari 2023.
Petugas Jasa Raharja Panggung Basuki, ditemui Martudi (orang tua korban) sebagai ahli waris dan didampingi perangkat desa setempat saat melakukan survei. Setelah mendapat informasi kecelakaan, petugas Jasa Raharja berkoordinasi dengan Pihak Kepolisian dan Rumah Sakit melakukan validasi kejadian kecelakaan lalu lintas dan pendataan korban.
“Kecelakaan lalu lintas terjadi di Jl. Pramuka, Gaten, Trirenggo, Kecamatan Bantul
pada Senin, 9 januari 2023 antara KBM Nissan Grand Livina dengan sepeda ayun dan pengendara sepeda ayun meninggal di rumah sakit PKU Muhammadiyah Kota Yogyakarta,” kata Panggung Basuki.
Panggung Basuki mengatakan, korban yang mengalami kecelakaan tersebut terjamin oleh Jasa Raharja sesuai dengan Undang-Undang No 34 Tahun 1964. Hal ini merupakan bentuk implementasi Program Perlindungan Dasar Pemerintah terhadap warga negara yang mengalami kecelakaan.
Sesuai UU tersebut, Jasa Raharja memberikan santunan kecelakaan kepada setiap orang yang meninggal dunia/cacat tetap akibat kecelakaan yang disebabkan oleh alat angkutan lalu lintas jalan baik di darat, laut maupun udara.
“Korban meninggal dunia berhak atas santunan. Diserahkan kepada ahli waris yang sah menurut aturan yang berlaku sebesar Rp50 juta, untuk korban luka-luka dijamin biaya perawatan oleh Jasa Raharja sampai dengan maksimal Rp20 juta. Hal ini sesuai Peraturan Menteri Keuangan RI No 16 Tahun 2017,” katanya.
Selain itu, Panggung Basuki juga menyampaikan pesan kepada warga masyarakat untuk tertib membayar PKB/SWDKLLJ, karena Jasa Raharja menyantuni korban kecelakaan lalu lintas jalan dari SWDKLLJ yang dibayarkan masyarakat bersamaan dengan pembayaran pajak kendaraan bermotor.(parang)
