Kalibawang, suarapasar.com – Jasa Raharja bergerak cepat dalam penanganan korban kecelakaan yang merupakan Warga Kalisoko, Banjarasri, Kalibawang, Kulon Progo.
Sebelum pemberian santunan, PT Jasa Raharja Cabang D.I Yogyakarta melalui Jasa Raharja Kantor Pelayanan TK I Bantul, Petugas Jasa Raharja Samsat Kulon Progo terlebih dahuli melakukan survei untuk memastikan ahli waris korban kecelakaan lalu lintas yang terjadi di Bligo, Ngluwar, Magelang pada Jumat, 20 Januari 2023. Korban atas nama Fajar Dwi Atmoko alamat Kalisoko Banjarasri Kalibawang Kulon Progo.
“Kami melakukan survei untuk memberikan santunan kepada ahli waris korban. Kami datang langsung ke rumah duka di Kalisoko, Banjarasri, Kalibawang, Kulon Progo,” kata Muhammad Akbar Faqih Petugas Jasa Raharja Samsat Kulon Progo Sabtu, 21 Januari 2023.
Saat melakukan survei, Akbar ditemui Ahli Waris Wardiyanto yang merupakan ayah korban dan didampingi perangkat setempat.
“Apabila survei dinyatakan sudah sesuai dengan prosedur nantinya santunan akan segera ditransfer melalui Bank yang ditunjuk. Terhadap peristiwa kecelakaan tersebut, Akbar mewakili PT Jasa Raharja menyampaikan rasa bela sungkawa yang mendalam,” kata Akbar.
Di lain itu, Penanggungjawab PT Jasa Raharja Samsat Kulon Progo, Hendratno Bagus Sutanto menghimbau warga masyarakat khususnya pengguna jalan agar selalu berhati hati dalam berkendara, mematuhi dan tertib di jalan. Para wajib pajak kendaraan bermotor juga dihimbau membayar pajak kendaraan bermotor dengan tertib.
“Dari data angka kecelakaan mayoritas usia produktif kebanyakan usia remaja. Untuk itu harapannya kepada orang tua untuk selalu mengawasi, apabila anak belum memiliki SIM atau 17 tahun keatas jangan diperbolehkan untuk mengendarai kendaraan bermotor,” katanya.
Hendra menambahkan, santunan tersebut berasal dari dana Sumbangan Wajib Dana Kecelakaan Lalu Lintas Jalan (SWDKLLJ) yang dibayarkan masyarakat setiap tahunnya di kantor Bersama SAMSAT.
“Korban meninggal dunia berhak atas santunan dan diserahkan kepada ahli waris yang sah menurut aturan yang berlaku sebesar Rp 50 juta, untuk korban luka-luka dijamin biaya perawatan oleh Jasa Raharja sampai dengan maksimal Rp 20 juta. Hal ini sesuai Peraturan Menteri Keuangan RI No 16 Tahun 2017,” jelas Hendra.(parang)
