Gunung Kidul, suarapasar.com – PT Jasa Raharja Cabang D.I Yogyakarta melalui Kantor Pelayanan Jasa Raharja TK I Bantul, Petugas Jasa Raharja Kantor Pelayanan Jasa Raharja Samsat Gunung Kidul melaksanakan survey untuk memastikan pemberian santunan korban kecelakaan lalu lintas yang terjadi pada Senin, 11 Juli 2022 sekitar pukul 14.30 wib yang terjadi di Jalan Ponjong – Karangmojo tepatnya di Dusun Susukan II, Desa Genjahan, Kecamatan Ponjong, Kabupaten Gunung Kidul. Korban atas nama Sugeng Riyadi 53 tahun warga Blarangan, Sidorejo, Ponjong, Gunung Kidul.
“Sudah menjadi komitmen Jasa Raharja merupakan Badan Usaha Milik Negara dan salah satu penjamin juga memberi santunan korban kecelakaan lalu lintas jalan darat, laut maupun udara,” kata Isnanto Agus Prabowo Selasa, 12 Juli 2022 saat melakukan survey di rumah duka.
Saat melakukan survey, Isnan ditemui Surati 49 tahun (isri korban) sebagai ahli waris korban yang didampingi Bhabinkamtibmas setempat Bripka Sugeng Widodo. Ahli waris korban meninggal dunia akan mendapat santunan sebesar Rp 50 juta, dan apa bila persyaratan sudah sesuai dengan prosedur.
Isnan menjelaskan korban dijamin dan ahli waris berhak menerima santunan dari Jasa Raharja sebagaimana undang – undang dan bentuk implementasi Program Perlindungan Dasar Pemerintah terhadap warga negara yang mengalami kecelakaan lalu lintas.
“Jasa Raharja menjamin dan memberi santunan korban kecelakaan lalu lintas dihimpun dari SWDKLLJ (Sumbangan Wajib Dana Kecelakaan Lalu Lintas Jalan) kendaraan bermotor setiap tahunnya Untuk itu peran serta masyarakat sangat diperlukan sekali untuk selalu taat membayar PKB/SWDKLLJ kendaraannya setiap tahun,” katanya.(parang)
