Rapat tersebut membahas tentang evaluasi layanan Samsat Maguwoharjo untuk kedepannya supaya lebih baik lagi yaitu salah satunya pemisahan loket layanan pendaftaran untuk pengesahan tahunan dan 5 (lima) tahunan yang selama ini masih digabung jadi satu loket.
Mulai bulan Maret 2023, layanan Samsat Pembantu Maguwoharjo untuk loket pendaftaran diduat 2 (dua) loket baik itu proses tahunan maupun proses 5 (lima) tahunan. Perubahan layanan ini, atas evaluasi yang selama ini masih ada kendala antrian wajib pajak yang menumpuk di 1 (satu) loket pendaftaran.
“Mudah-mudahan dengan adanya pemisahan loket pendaftaran ini bisa mengurai antrian di pendaftaran sehingga memperlancar layanan serta dapat memberikan manfaat dan mempermudah masyarakat untuk membayar pajak kendaraan (PKB) dan SWDKLLJ di Samsat Pembantu Maguwoharjo,” tutur Rully selaku Kepala KPPD Samsat Sleman.
Baur STNK Samsat Maguwoharjo AIPTU M. Shodikin mendukung adanya perubahan layanan. Tapi harus diimbangi juga dengan fasilitas untuk wajib pajak yang lain seperti air minum mineral/Dispenser serta tambahan Air Conditioner (AC) supaya wajib pajak nyaman di ruang tunggu.
“Jasa Raharja selalu sepakat mendukung sepenuhnya perubahan loket layanan Samsat Maguwoharjo tersebut demi memudahkan wajib pajak dan demi kelancaran membayar PKB dan SWDKLLJ yang pada akhirnya memberikan nilai tambah terhadap pendapatan,” jelas Fahuzi, Penanggungjawab Jasa Raharja Samsat Pembantu Maguwoharjo.
