Acara ini diikuti Lurah Kricak May Kristianti Kalurahan Kricak, sementara dari Jasa Raharja Kepala Bagian Operasional Immanuel Marpaung dan Kepala Sub bagian SW & Humas Septi Ayu Pratiwi.
Immanuel menjelaskan kepada lurah Kricak, tugas pokok dan fungsi utama Jasa Raharja. Dalam kesempatan tersebut, Erwin N.K menyampaikan bahwa masyarakat mempunyai hak apabila tertertimpa musibah kecelakaan saat berkendara di jalan raya maupun menjadi penumpang angkutan umum, baik angkutan darat, sungai, danau, penyeberangan, dan udara.

Immanuel juga menitik beratkan pada prosedur pengajuan santunan jika terjadi musibah kecelakaan. Terakhir masyarakat dihimbau untuk berkendara yang berkeselamatan yaitu dengan tertib dan mematuhi peraturan lalu lintas selama berkendara di jalan raya agar terhindar dari kecelakaan lalu lintas.
Lurah Kricak antusias dalam penjelasan terhadap Jasa Raharja, nantinya kami akan mengumpulkan perwakilan semua RW dan RT serta organisasi PKK yang mana bisa mengikuti sosialisasi kedepan dan pentingnya jasa raharja dijalan raya serta adanya hak dan kewajiban yang harus seimbang.(parang)
