Milum, Juang dan Jasmani Akmil Magelang, di Pedukuhan Kedunggalih, Kalurahan Pengasih, Kapanewon Pengasih, Selasa, 7 Februari 2023.
Almarhum meninggal dunia di RST Magelang pada hari Senin, 6 Februari 2023 pukul 19.45 WIB karena sakit, selanjutnya jenazah dimakamkan di TPU Dirowangsan, Pedukuhan Derwolo, Kalurahan Pengasih, Kapanewon Pengasih, Kabupaten Kulon Progo.
Bertindak sebagai Inspektur Upacara Brigjen TNI Tri Saktiono, Komandan Upacara Letkol Arm Aris Gunawan, Perwira Upacara Kapten Caj (K) Kelli Wijaya. Peserta Upacara Perwira Akmil Magelang dan Kodim 0731/Kulon Progo, Bintara/Tamtama Akmil Magelang, Kodim 0731/Kulon Progo dan Kakanminvetcad IV-17 Kulon Progo.
Inspektur Upacara dalam amanatnya menyampaikan atas nama TNI dan yang hadir mengucapkan ikut berbela sungkawa atas meninggalnya almarhum, semoga diampuni dosa kesalahannya dan amal baktinya diterima di sisi Tuhan Yang Maha Kuasa, keluarga yang ditinggalkan dapat menerima kepergian almarhum dengan tabah, tawakal, dan ikhlas.
“Pada kesempatan ini kami mengucapkan penghargaan yang setinggi-tingginya kepada semua pihak yang telah membantu baik moril maupun materiil, sehingga upacara persemayaman dan pemakaman ini dapat berjalan dengan tertib dan lancar,” tutup Irup.
Tanda Jasa yang dimiliki Almarhum yakni Satya Lencana Kesetiaan VIII, XVI dan XXIV tahun, Satya Lencana NARARIYA dan Satya Lencana DWIDYA SISTA. Almarhum meninggalkan satu orang isteri Pelda Maryanti anggota Minvetcad Kulon Progo dan dua orang anak Dewi Purnama (20 tahun) dan Dela Purnama (18 tahun).(asw,parang)
