Pengecekan Kesehatan Hewan Ternak Sapi di Wilayah Padukuhan Ngaran II dan III

Samigaluh, suarapasar.com – Serka Sarjiya Babinsa Kalurahan Banjarsari Koramil 04/Samigaluh Kodim 0731/Kulon Progo bersama Bhabinkamtibmas, Dukuh, dan Ketua RT mendampingi drh Tri Atmojo pengecekan kesehatan hewan ternak sapi di wilayah padukuhan Ngaran II dan Ngaran III Banjarsari, Samigaluh, Selasa, 9 Agustus 2022.

 

Tujuan pengecekan kesehatan hewan ternak sapi ini untuk melihat secara langsung dan mengetahui kondisi hewan ternak milik warga, dikarenakan saat ini lagi marak penyakit PMK pada hewan ternak.

 

Dalam pengecekan ditemukan beberapa sapi yang mengalami gejala nafsu makan berkurang dan kaki pincang, oleh dokter hewan segera diberikan suntikan dan obat cacing untuk pengobatannya.

 

“Dalam kesempatan ini kami dan tim dokter hewan menghimbau dan memberikan pesan kepada warga yang hewan ternaknya memiliki tanda-tanda gejala terkena PMK, agar segera melaporkan kepada petugas Puskeswan guna diambil langkah penanganan lebih lanjut,” jelas Babinsa.

 

Lebih lanjut Babinsa, warga juga dihimbau agar selalu menjaga kebersihan kandang dan pakan melakukan penyemprotan disinfektan secara berkala atau rutin, hewan sering dijemur pagi hari, agar ternak sapi mereka terpelihara kesehatannya.

 

“Dijelaskan juga kepada warga oleh dokter bahwa ciri-ciri penyakit PMK pada hewan ternak adalah mengalami gejala seperti demam tinggi, mulut berlendir, kaki pincang, nafsu makan menurun,” pungkas Babinsa Banjarsari.(asw,parang)
