PT Jasa Raharja Cabang D.I.Yogyakarta dalam hal ini Petugas Jasa Raharja Samsat Sleman M. Fauzi Zamzam memberikan Pelayanan Customer Relationship Management (CRM) yang merupakan salah satu program yang dapat mendekatkan Pelayanan Pembayaran IWKBU serta pembayaran Pajak Kendaraan bagi pemilik PO  dalam hal ini PO. BIMO Transport yang disambut oleh pengurus PO BIMO Transport yaitu Bapak Albert yang khusus memegang administrasi Pajak armada-armada dibawah PO. BIMO Transport.
