Ternak Sapi Milik Warga Pedukuhan Dobangsan Sudah Divaksinasi

Wates, suarapasar.com – Serma Sularno Babinsa Giripeni Koramil 01/Wates Kodim 0731/Kulon Progo dampingi Petugas Puskeswan dalam kegiatan vaksinasi PMK di wilayah Pedukuhan Dobangsan, Kalurahan Giripeni, Kapanewon Wates, Kabupaten Kulon Progo, Senin, 5 Desember 2022.

 

Babinsa Giripeni mengatakan bahwa vaksinasi yang dilakukan adalah vaksin dosis dua pada hewan ternak sapi di wilayah Pedukuhan Dobangsan, oleh drh. Ambar beserta satu orang anggota dari UPT Puskeswan wilayah selatan Kabupaten Kulon Progo.

 

“Vaksinasi dilakukan di wilayah Pedukuhan Dibangsan dengan jumlah ternak yang tervaksin sebanyak 75 ekor,” dikatakan Babinsa Giripeni.

 

Tujuan dilakukannya vaksinasi PMK inj adalah untuk mencegah penyebaran penyakit mulut dan kuku pada hewan ternak sapi. Babinsa juga berpesan pada warga pemilik ternak, meski ternak mereka sudah divaksin PMK, kebersihan kandang dan pakan serta kesehatan ternak tetap harus diperhatikan.

 

“Dihimbau kepada warga, meski ternak sudah divaksin, kebersihan dan kesehatan ternak terus dijaga agar jangan sampai menimbulkan kerugian,” tutur Babinsa.(asw,parang)
