Yogyakarta, suarapasar.com – Dengan semakin dekat diberlakukannya Undang-Undang Lalu Lintas tahun 2009 dimana disebutkan dalam pasal 74 tentang penghapusan data kendaraan bermotor yang mati pajak dua tahun.
Dalam sambutannya, di Radio Kota Perak tim Pembina samsat D.I. Yogyakarta suarakan bebas denda di radio Kota Perak FM AKP Martinus Gravianto Kasi STNK Ditlantas Polda DI. Yogyakarta masyarakat harus mulai mengidentifikasikan kendaraannya yang sudah mati pajak lebih dari tahun itu sehingga kendaraan mereka tidak menjadi motor bodong.
“Bahwasannya jika kendaraan tersebut mengalami kecelakaan maka korbannya tidak terjamin oleh Jasa Raharja karena Sumbangan Wajib yang menjadi satu dalam pembayaran pajak kendaraan bermotor tidak terbayarkan akibat pemilik kendaraan lalai dalam membayarkannya,” dikatakan Kepala Sub Bagian HC & Umum PT Jasa Raharja Cabang D.I. Yogyakarta Zulaikha Siti Anisah.
“Dengan program bebas denda ini agar menjadi stimulus masyarakat yang hendak membayar kendaraan yang tunggakannya banyak dan hanya membayar pokoknya saja,” tambah Budi Riyanto Kepala Seksi Pendaftaran dan penetapan KPPD Pemerintah melalui BPKA DIY, Kamis, 10 November 2022.
Dalam penutupannya, Budi Riyanto menghimbau agar kendaraan yang mati pajak dapat di bayarkan untuk peningkatan PAD DIY dan nantinya dikembalikan dalam bentuk fasilitas dan kemakmuran wilayah D.I. Yogyakarta sementara AKP Martinus menghimbau identifikasi kendaraan menjadi lebih baik jika kendaraan tersebut disahkan tiap tahunnya agar tidak menjadi bodong.
“Jika ada kendala identitas, monggo datang ke samsat wilayah masing-masing karena semua ada solusi,” himbau Budi.
Zulaikha juga menghimbau pentingnya membayar pajak kendaraan karena didalam SKPD (Surat Ketetapan Pajak Daerah) ada instrumen SWDKLLJ dengan masyarakat membayar berarti bisa memberikan batuan kepada korban kecelakaan lalu lintas yang terkena musibah, serta jangan lupa Download aplikasi JR Road Safety agar bisa mengetahui tata cara berkendara baik dan benar.
“Dihimbau kepada masyarakat, agar bisa memanfaatkan bebas denda mulai bulan Oktober – 30 November 2022 karena terbatas monggo disampaikan kepada masyarakat lainnya,”tutupnya.(parang)
